I usually take Tylenol whenever I get headaches and they work typically well. However, I think a larger dosage is needed because I don't feel the relief after a while.

Vyvanse is the best medication I have tried for ADD. I have some insomnia, which I could deal with and which may go away over time. I have taken the drug for 9 days now. My major problem is urgency to urinate, frequent urination and no relief. This awful feeling I will not be able to abide. I have submitted a sample to check for a UTI, but I probably don't have one. My daughter took this back in 2007. Many problems bleeding and severe mood changes. She actually took it for Pcos.She is now on neon she is seeing Endo today to possibly get off all birth control.Make sure to use name brands sometimes generics don't work with your system.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience.
