I loved Mononessa except for having somewhat frequent yeast infections (about 1 every 3 months). Also, sometimes my skin would get extremely sensitive. Like when I went to wax my eyebrows the skin would literally come off and when I brushed my teeth the skin in my mouth would peel off. My skin would only get like that every once in a while and it would stay like that for about a week.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. Tried to reduce dosage to 5 mg per week. In a few weeks joint pain increased and stayed more intense until I resumed the regular 7/5 mg per week.

It does nothing! Pure placebo! Maybe that's why it was not approved in USA and Canada?I do use Klonopin and have used Xanax, those work great.I prefer Klonopin.

I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.
