I was considering Accutane for cycstic acne, but thought the blood tests, joint pain and peeling lips side effects were a bit much. This was a last resort recommended by the dermo I was regularly seeing, and I am pleased with it. I've been using it for several years for acne on my face and occasionally on my back as well. This drug is absolutely AWFUL!!!!! If I feel good one day out of a week it's a miracle. The abdominal pain, gas, bloating, constipation and dirreah is worse than being diabetic. I'm sick all the time and feel like I have a permanent hangover. If you can take something else, or better yet, not at all....do it. This drug cure is worse than the ailment.

I only take Maxalt when the migraine is so severe I can not see straight. I do not like a lot of the side effects but a lot of the times it will dull the pain to where I can function again.

I'm a slow but steady emotional rollar coaster...at the beging of each pack I become emotional about things that normals wouldn't make me feel that way. Next color, more emotional and it continues until I hit green. Then for that one week I'll feel "normal" again.
