I have begun drinking pomegranate juice (not from concentrate) every morning and I haven't seen any changes although I've been drinking it consistently. The benefits of pomegranates could be long-term rather than short-term so I will continue my pomegranate drinking-regimen.

i feel this way after almost one year (half that year was on the generic microgestin), and finally realized my feeling may be a side effect of junel. thought it was just me and didn't know how to control my mood. cryin right now actually :( i think i may skip tonight's pill and just stop birth control for good. the hormones are horrible for the environment anyways. i plan to start using condoms and natural family planning instead. ....or i may just try the ring bc it is supposedly much lower... I am so sorry for you side effects, but I must say I was happy to read your post!! I have Graves disease and had radio active therapy 10 years ago and have been on levoxyl for many years with no problems until now. I recently have been experiencing trembling of my arms, torso, and legs, pretty frequently but I only usually notice it at night. Did not enjoy taking this medication. Everytime I took it, I got a yeast infection..the one good thing is that the severity of my period lessened. i have not taken this medication in three years.
