When I take nuvigil in the morning I feel awake and focused during the day, if I don't take it I have no motivation to do anything and I just want to sleep all day. It does have days when it makes me feel euphoric and it has days when it makes me feel irritated and angry. I usually always feel jittery while taking it unfortunately.

There are so many different kinds of medications out there. You aren't just going to immediately find the right one for you. It's all about trial and error. Trust me, it's an agrivating process and I've wanted to give up many times (I started trying different meds about 7 months ago) I have confedence that I will find one right for me. Tums is good for heartburn but it generally takes a few hours to kick in for me. I also don't really like the taste but that's not much of an issue to deal with.

Since about three years I am suffering from 2-3 gout attacks/year (big toe). After taking Diclofenac, the pain disappears after approx.30 minutes and when continuing 3 tablets/day for three days, the attack is over.
