i started levora about a week ago, before then i was very irritable and moody. the pill has actually bettered my mood and ive been very pleasant everyday. my skin is also clearing up. I can say i have been rather fatigued lately, but that is the only negative effect i am experiencing.

same with me, extremely uncomfortable discontinuation symptoms post 24 hours (feels like I have the flu) - does anyone have any insight into how long it takes for those symptoms to fade? I'd like to get off the meds

I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 9 years old. The asthma would come when I excercised and when I was around things that gave me allergies such as cats and pollen. I had a lot of expensive allergy tests done and was given an inhaler which would help in the moment when I couldn't breathe as well as some medicines but nothing seemed to really help overall. I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.
