I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

NEVER NEVER never never ever use this product!!! I am not prone to yeast infections. But I had to take an antiobotic for a sinus infection and presto! within 5 days I had a very mild case yeast infection. Nothing major, but I new it was an infection.
