I have had Graves disease for twomyears now. The first approach was a gradully reducing dose of carbimazole, from 40mg down to 5mg. This took approximately a year. I tolerated the carbimazle well, though can relate the commentsvre metallic taste in the mouth and and upset tummy at dose change time. This lasted approximately three days until my body adjusted. I have prostate cancer, one side only. Currently I am using hormone therapy to control testosterone production and no aggressive therapies. My last PSA result was nearly zero! I only recently (today!) read of Zyflamend's off label use in treatment of prostate cancer. Anyone out there have or heard of any experiences with this. I, too, am taking a BP prescription.

I had a terrible reaction. I took one dose (2 Pills) about a month ago and felt terrible. I tried it on 12/24/09 andafter only two doses of two pills felt sick, headache, dizziness, nausea I took two pills on 12/25/09 I experienced a bad headache, numbness on the left side of my face, nausea and dizzinness as well as fatigue. I am very scared!

GREAT drug for Attention Deficit. I'd have LAZER TIGHT focus while on this drug (and felt like I could work f or days and my confidence was well boosted....only problem is that I've grown a tolerance to this drug over time and it's effectiveness has diminished.
