I didn't really notice much of a difference once on paxil. However, the side effects were noticeable. My sex drive significantly decreased to a point where I decided to stop taking paxil.

I have had bladder trouble for years and this medicine was prescribed to me as an asprin for the bladder. It has been very helpful to me for years as long as I take it exactly when it is time otherwise my bladder starts to hurt. Have tried other medicines and this one works best for me.

Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. About two months after reaching full dosage, I started experiencing some side effects that I didnt recognize as side effects at the time. the best way i can describe it is that I started acting very unlike myself. Advair works great for breathing problems, but since i started using advair, i have voice changes, lots of pain in my joints, and weight gain, i want to stop using this medication, but cant, it seems ive become dependant on this stuff. its like my lungs just cant work with out advair, i dont like that at all, i didnt use to have that type of problem before.ive been using advair about 6 yrs. now, the longest ive been able to be off it was 3 months, but i cant even do that again.
