I am breastfeeding my son, so these pills were a good option for birth control. When I was on estrogen containing pills, I developed painful cystic acne which left scars, and since Jolivette, I haven't had one pimple. The only things I do not like about Jolivette are a decrease in my breast milk supply, a constant absence of periods, oily hair, and horrible migraines that cannot be helped by otc pain relievers that can last for hours.

I will never know what happened to me. But, for years I complained about anxiety and nervousness. But, my Endocrinologist have dismissed my symptoms. Finally, after nine years and learnign about Armour Thyroid, my depression and fatigue are pretty much gone. The anxiety has gotten better. But, I truly believe Synthroid helped to harm my central nervous system somehow.

I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!

I told my daughter not to take the shots, it was too new and was unfortable with it and recommended she not have it. When she went for physical the doctor recommened she have it. She said she didn't want it, but it felt like it was being forced a bit, so she took it. She didn't feel well for a couple of weeks afterwards. Pomegranates definitely have a lot of health benefits. I have not yet seen any results, but I do not take pomegranates on a prescribed dosage.
