I felt the Estring was the easiest way to resolve being the 1 in 3 who develop vaginal atrophy post-menopause. Ambien is great, it helps me sleep much better. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it makes me a little groggy in the morning and sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat.

I was prescribed Adderall XR for adult ADHD. It definetly helped with the ADHD symptoms of innattention and lack of focus but I began abusing the adderall and took up to 30 XR mg, 3 times per day. Taking more than prescribed made me very aggitated, hyper focused and made my fibromyalgia nerve pain worse. I stop taking adderall al together.
