Nexium has been the only medicine to help with my GERDS. My reflux was so bad it acid bubbled into my nose and I could not breathe; regardless of when I ate! There is nothing worse than being unable to not breathe! I would have to tell myself to be calm and let the acid bubbles subside to catch a breathe. The acidic cough is the worst! Nexium is the best! My migraines usually last 24-36 hours. Naratriptan wears off after about 12-18 hours, so I often have to take another dose. The information sheet does not discuss this possibility, only what to do if ineffective. Some of apparent side effects are/may be a symptom of the migraine itself, i.e. dizziness, drowsiness, headache, eye pressure, concentration problems.

I have seasonal allergies that triggers my asthma. In order to control the allergies my doctor recommended Claritin. One day after taking a dose I was fine and it definately cures symptoms. The second day I took another dose the same time on an empty stomach and experienced crazy blurred vision in specific spots in my eyes. I got really nervous but within 20 mins it went away. Smaller dosage with the option to self medicate every second or third day provides a rythm I can cope with and live with and the benefits are great for me. I don't get the personality change I did when I tried other anti depressent and drugs for the fibromyalgia and feel much more balanced. This has lead me to go back to school full time! and plan for a good career I can choose my own hours with good pay and benefits.
