For my hypertension, the doctor prescribed me hydrochlorothiazide, 1 tablet per day. But since this medication was making me feel extremely tired, he reduced the dose to 1/2 a tablet per day. I feel better, until now. Nevertheless, this medication presents some serious side effects, such as rheumatism and gout, and every 6 months I have to go to the hospital

The first two months of taking this product worked really well for me and then the 3rd month is when things went downhill...i had breakthrough bleeding and was bleeding almost the whole month, my face broke out in acne, i had severe breast tenderness and strong cramps in the area of my ovaries...i stopped taking this birth control and im now on a new one.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I stopped taking this after the first injection(administered at Dr office) 5 hrs after injection, I developed sysytems of spinal menigitis. Severe fever, vertigo and was unable to lift my head or move without severe pain, dizziness and vomitting for 3 DAYS. I was told, flu like symptoms would occur, symtomps were beyond this.
