I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. Went to the doctor with an infected leg . I was treated .cleaned the area of infection on the leg and had some antibiotic cream applied. Three days later the leg wound was still infected with bacteria. The doctor prescribed 500mg of Cravit for the leg infection , i was also suffering from an allergy that had started on the same day as i cut my leg and was very apparent from day one when i went to the surgery to have the leg wound treated .The leg infection started to get better after bei... I agree with anonymous July 18 2009. no joy or happiness in life. I didn't feel anything in fact. my doctor reduced the dosage and now I feel fine. I have more energy and am more motivated.

Used for pain relief - Atypical facial pain - Having tried Amitripyline and Carbamozole without sucess (limited pain relief and too many side effects) I find I tolerate Dosulepin well and have acheived about 80% relief at a dose of 75mg per day.

I was prescribed these when I had a stomach bug and they stopped my diarrhea immediately! It does make you a little drowsy but I will take that over the diarrhea anyday!
