I'm 33 I have been on birth control pills since I was 18, I've been on so many different kinds I can't even count anymore....I've been on Junel for 2 months now, I feel like a lunatic, I cried hysterically over traffic!! it was recomended I take this to help strengthen my bones since osteoporosis runs in my family. I did take it for some time but just having to take one a day was hard because I became forgetful.

I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!
