Completely cleared up the acne I had on my chest and back. I did have some slight weight gain, but this turned out to be a plus because when I went on a diet my breasts stayed the same size even though I lost fat everywhere else!

I don't normally take DayQuil but the one time I used it or a cold it lessened my coughing frequency. It took about a week for it to go away and I still woke up with a sore throat on most mornings.

I have a inherited increase in Lpa, and LDL levels that can cause stenosis. This is the only drug that effectively decreased my levels of Lpa and cholesterol. Used with a small 5 mg dose of lipitor, Cholesterol is 120, HDL is 73, LDL is 35 and Lpa is 37.

Follow up to my original post: After the sixth week of taking the Zyflamend, and no return of the rosacea, I called my doctor, and the upshot is that he didn't think that it's being a COX2 inhibitor was a problem in and of itself (Vioxx was a unique problem), and said that he couldn't find Z., on the FDA's watch list, so I should feel free to experiment with no worries that he could predict. THIS DRUG SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET!!! It causes PERMANENT sexual dysfunction, swelling, fatigue, depression and sleep problems. Contrary to what Merck claims: these side-effects are NOT temporary. There should be a full investigation into how this drug got approved. It has completely destroyed my life! In 2003, I attempted to commit suicide as a direct result of the drug's after-effects. Other people are telling similar stories on the internet.
