My doctor prescribed this medication to me when I was 16. My skin was at a point where it was starting to break out a little. When I started doxycycline, I would get extremely nauseated to the point where I would vomit. I then decided that instead of taking it in the mornings, it would be best to take it after my evening meal. It worked out great. If you can get the migraine early, it works like a charm. Catch it a little too late (sometimes I'm not quite sure if it's sinus or migraine..) and my life will at least be bearable for the 3 days I would have formerly been flat on my back with ice packs on my head. Depending upon the headache, I've used pills, nasal spray, injections. I have struggled with horrendous and debilitating migraines since I was 5 years old where nothing I tried would help to relieve them. I have used Azo over the years for UTI's but not for a whole week. I found out that using it a whole week caused me to have a reaction. Severe lowe back pain and pelvic pain. Must be allergic to the dye they use.
