I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. I have been on Mirena since November of 2009 and I have never been so disappointed in my life. Went to the doctor after about two years of being in constant bummed-out moods. He diagnosed me with dysthymia (mild, chronic depressed state), and prescribed me with Celexa. After about a year, my moods are much improved and normalized, I can concentrate on tasks better, and I don't dwell on negative experiences. The main issue with the medication is that I think it makes me a bit more tired, though I have always required a lot of sleep.

I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.

I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. I've found this to be quite effective and I've actually been able to switch to taking it just once a day (should probably discuss this with my doctor, huh?). However, I am very concerned about long term effects, and I don't like being dependent on it, which is why I'm taking this survey. Hope other Advair users will add their experiences.

Wonderful for depression, but NO HELP for OCD. Dizziness only lasts first two days and goes away. Do not drive during this time. Do not drink on it, depression may get worse. Excercise combined really helped to recover from the depression I was in.
