Had a bout of Epstein Barr last summer so assumed I was still fighting the infection or possibly something else was amiss with my health. Dr. suggested my continual tension headaches might be related to the birth control pill and after doing some Internet research on Kariva the symptoms sound exactly like mine. I have a very hard time waking up in the morning - feel l... View full comment

I don't use tylenol unless I really have to, and it is usually in very small amounts and only for temporary relief of a headache. It is effective almost always.
