after 3 surgeries due to a ruptured disc which didn't work, including the installation of neurostimulator, I had been put on about evry possible pain med. I disliked the side effects of Oxycontin,Vicodin and Percocet and thought I was screwed but after moving and going to a new Dr. who put me on Opana ER I was finally able to find relief and cut down on the number of pills I had to take avery day as well as eliminating the Tylenol which is bad for your liver. I just started pristiq and have taken wellbutrin (450 mg) for a couple of years. I am taking pristiq and Wellbutrin ( 300 mg) now. Have you noticed any weight gain or sexual side effects? I have a very stressful job and have been extremely anxious and depressed. Thanks!

I like the fact the my migraines are under better control while using topamax, but, I know that my concentration is not as it used to be and the numbness and tingling can be bothersome. I noticed the deep joint pain in my hips started after my dose increased to 250mg. My neurologist wanted me to go up to 300mg but I just couldn't tolerated the pain in my hips
