It works very well for me. I take it to treat my vitamin D deficiency. Last time I went to doctor, my deficiency had improved. It doesn't waste wonderful, but it works so I take it. I usually drink it with orange juice, instead of water, so that it takes the taste away.

I started taking mircette and then I switched to generic because it was pretty expensive for a birth control each month. After I switched I lost 10lbs, but I had cramps and a heavier period, so I switched back to regular mircette. It has been 2 months now and I have gained back the 10lbs and I'm always hungry even on my ADHD medicine. My allergies improved however the drug would make me drowsy sometimes mild sometimes strong. the drug also affected my sleep, i would have nightmares.difficulty sleeping i dont sleep that much anymore.i stopped it for a while but my lack of sleep continued, i'm not satisfied with the drug but it is the drug that helps.
