When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. I did gain a little weight but i think it is starting to come off (I've been on Femcon for about 5 months now). I have tried other birth control pills before and they were not for me. After being on this pill for only 6 months I had to get my hormone levels checked. Originally, my DHEA and DHEA sulfate levels were double what they were supposed to be, but after a couple months on this pill the levels were back in the normal range

When you are in intense pain-as I was you would do anything- If they had said they could cut my arm off I would have said yes please.This drug DID work for me- I was taking 600MG a day!! Didnt realise what a massive dose this was- It was brilliant for pain control but they dont tell you about withdrawral symptoms.
