I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.

Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. i love differin i added it to my daily routine along with benzaclin gel and my face looks great, i have people that havent seen me since i had horrible acne and they tell me i look like a new person. I had no confidence and hated going out in public, it really had a bad impact on my social skills, but now that people aren't staring at my acne, I have great confidence and people-skills.
