I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. I've had chronic breathing difficulty through my nose, mostly during the change of seasons. I started taking Sudafed and now I can breathe through my nose. That means a lot. I take it three times a day now, and generally speaking, I don't have problems breathing through my nose.

I was prescribed Skelaxin after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. It takes a good hour to 2 hours to really start working. I still felt some moderate back pain when taking the drug, but overall it helped me get around and do simple movements.

Personally, I didn't feel any changes for the time I have been using this medication. All what I know is, combined with my diabetes medication, I lost a lot of weight, and I have generalized body weakness

I really like Cymbalta. I feel like it helps balance me, so that I don't respond based on my emotions I feel at that time, but rather I respond based on careful and clear thoughts. I still feel the emotions, but can control them so that they don't over-rule my rationality.

Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects.
