For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. I was prescribed Adderall XR for adult ADHD. It definetly helped with the ADHD symptoms of innattention and lack of focus but I began abusing the adderall and took up to 30 XR mg, 3 times per day. Taking more than prescribed made me very aggitated, hyper focused and made my fibromyalgia nerve pain worse. I stop taking adderall al together.

Herplex was the best. I get cold sores when under stress or with a fever. If I felt the tingle and took a couple for a day or two they would dry up immediately. Why oh why did they take it off the market.

Have been on Lipitor for 3 months now. Just got blood test results (fasting). Went from 250 down to 173!!!! Only thing I wasn't happy with was my sugar (glucose) went from previous 100 to 128 ( a little elevated)..I AM NOT going on sugar pills!!!! Maybe just coincidence!!

It helped relieve my acne. The only reason for my liver damage and fever is because I got Mono. Dry lips and hands while on Accutane were uncomfortable, but worth getting rid of my acne.

Plan B is not 100% effective but if taken withing 24hrs can really make a difference. It gave me a peace of mind and helped prevent an unwanted pregnancy. However, I did get some menstrual changes and headaches as a results. My stress level was lowered.
