To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! I started taking Candex just last night for the first time (had to go on antibiotics this past week for strep and was experiencing some major itching, though I've been borderline systemic for some time now). First few days I was going to quit taking it. I wasn't noticing much of a difference in general hip and back pains. But then I noticed that I didn't have trouble getting something off of the floor. It's made me more moody, more depressive, breasts are way more tender (like, they hurt every single day), bloating has gotten worse, and I've become more self-conscious and snappy at people. But it does regulate my cycle like I needed something to.
