Hi. I read your review of Opana. You were on 60mg of oxycontin, and changed to 5mg of Opana, then had sweating, loss of appetite, no engery, etc. This is NOT because the opana is problematic. It is because your dr. put you on WAY too low of a dose of opana (oxymorphone). Opana is 5 to 7 times stronger than oxycontin mg per mg. That means he should have put you on at least 10mg of opana. Provigil has significantly affected my performance at work and home. I have energy to do things and think very clearly. It keeps me awake and regulates my sleep cycle. It is rather expensive though. I've developed a tolerance, and my libido is significantly decreased. This has led me to switch stimulants, but I do rate Provigil very highly.
