THIS DRUG PERMANENTLY CASTRATED ME. I took 10 mg a day for 5 weeks and lost all sexual function. It has been a year after discontinuation and I have not regained my libido, arousal, desire. Am completely asexual. I am not taking any drugs and have not taken any before in my life. Will most likely commit suicide. THANKS LUNDBECK! I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL!!!

Yasmin does it's job, as in I haven't gotten pregnant while on this birth control. And every form of HBC is different for every person, and every pill has some sort of side effect. I just know that ever since starting this pill, I'm anxious, stressed, and fatigued much more than I used to be. But since I had even worse side effects with other brands in the past, I'm too nervous to try anything else.

My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. I agree with anonymous July 18 2009. no joy or happiness in life. I didn't feel anything in fact. my doctor reduced the dosage and now I feel fine. I have more energy and am more motivated.
