Actually I did not notice any particular change in my prostate condition. But I remember that since I started with Cyproterone, edema started developing, on my feet especially. But since the cancer didn't get worse, I assume the medication worked effectively.

I took nighttime for 10 days no noticeable problems then I took 1 mucinex nighttime with fever for 3 nights and got extremely dizzy nauseous feelings equilibrium was off I went to doctor no sinus infection still over a week later my eyesight seems off and I get waves of dizziness very slight but upsetting....

I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. I have been taking enbrel since Apr. 15th of this year and find that I am feeling so much better. My immune system seems to be better than before where my hands would swell up, my feet would also swell and had a hard time walking any distance without a walker. I am more active but can't sleep much during the night. I have also gained weight. My psoriasis is gone from my scalp and arms and legs but still suffer some back pain from the rheumatoid arthritis. My joints also feel so much better.
