I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. No aftyer treatment I am down to 25mg (morning and 50mg night and I feel no side effects yet I still feel a slight lack of concentration, drowsiness and weight loss. I am 29 years old, and had been taking Lexapro for about 4-5 years. It worked really well for my depression/anxiety. I thought I would be on it for life. But the sexual side effects took their toll. I lost 95% of my ability to get aroused. I failed to get excited with 4 different girls and left them thinking my little guy was a dud.
