I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal. I am prescribed Vigamox when I have Conjunctivitis and it begins working right away. The redness in my eye was cleared up within a couple of hours. I recommend not putting in contacts if you are a contact wearer for at least two days when using Vigamox because you can never be completely sure that your pink eye is gone.

I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. My clueless doctor suggested I wear Spanx (what, forever?) and even that didn't hold my abdomen in. It's a hormonal issue. Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. I'm not getting the relief I used to with the old style albuterol puffers. It doesn't make sense that one would have to inhale deeper when that is the very reason we are using the albuterol to begin with. Since I have started using the Proair, my activities have been reduced.
