The active ingredients of this medication are loratadine and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The inactive ingredients include, calcium phosphate, carnauba wax, ethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, povidone, silicon dioxide, sugar, titanium dioxide, and white wax.

It is primarily used in the treatment of symptoms of allergic reactions like sneezing; cough; runny nose; itchy eyes; hives; skin rashes; itching; and other symptoms associated with allergies and it is also used in treating common cold.
