i have no energy if i dont take it exactly at the same time everyday - i start to get angry, irritated, emotional... i start to feel rage - i cant control it. it gets worse and worse the longer i forget... i usually snap on my boss or break up with my boyfriend for no reason if i forget to take it in a 24 or 48 hour period.

Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I am very satisfied with Concerta. I have ADD and have tried many different medications with varying success. I have had very few side effects with this drug and it works well with my managment routine. I take the it early enough so I don't have issues with insomnia and I make it a point to eat throughout the day.
