First few days I was going to quit taking it. I wasn't noticing much of a difference in general hip and back pains. But then I noticed that I didn't have trouble getting something off of the floor. I wasn't told that it could have possible side effects of raising blood pressure and chest pain. Even though I think what I went through may be rare, I think it should be listed on brochure and people should apply topical cream sparingly.

I usualy takes as my doctor told me to. On weekends, when i am shopping with my daughter, I take 4 pills on Saturday. Because shopping takes long time, I won't feel pain.

It is now 1:40 am and I cannot get to sleep after taking Mucinex DM. I went to bed at 9:00pm. It is making me feel jittery and like another person who posted in November I can understand how they would feel anxious. I am also dehydrated. I will not be taking this medication again. I think I would get more sleep if I just coughed through the night.

AcipHex does not work at all. My acid reflux is not better when I take it. I had to switch to a different medication because it did not help my acid reflux.

Smaller dosage with the option to self medicate every second or third day provides a rythm I can cope with and live with and the benefits are great for me. I don't get the personality change I did when I tried other anti depressent and drugs for the fibromyalgia and feel much more balanced. This has lead me to go back to school full time! and plan for a good career I can choose my own hours with good pay and benefits.
