I have been more than happy and satisfied until I came to know, all PRAZOLE substitutes can cause osteoporosis [a study done in U.K. and USA] I am noworried, as I have past menopause abot 10 years ago and am already taking Ca and other substitutes. I recently stopped taking PANTOCID and my husband put me on a different drug RANITIDINE Hcl, but it is not suiting me. I want to re-start PANTOICID but worried as it may worsen my osteoporosis further.

just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. i had been taking reclipsen for a year and i got bilateral pulmanary embolisms that the dr.s determined was caused by the birth control. so i would suggest that you should get tested for a birth defect called the factor v lieden...birth control tells you that it increases the risks for blood clots but not why....im thinking about sueing but im not sure yet
