Hi, I was diagnozed with Acute Leukemia (AML) stage 2A before my daughter brought this herbs for me last year (2009). I took this as prescibed for what i know now know to have been pneumonia. the discouraging part of this medication is that it is known to only work if taken within 2 days of a VIRAL infection. it is virtually useless otherwise...

It was a very bad experience being on this medication. I definitely suffered through rough side affects, and I would not want anyone else being on it if they have to go through the same conditions.

If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling. I am a 42 year old woman who suffers with heavy periods and have done for most of my life! I recently started taking Norethisterone to help with my periods, which has helped. I suffer with anemia due to heavy periods, so regularly take Ferrous Sulphate, however this upsets my stomach and makes me feel ill, so I try and take the liquid form which combines Vit C with the Iron.
