When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. Started taking Aleve for arthritis inflammation and after initial dosage of 3-4 tablets a day, now take one per day. On those days of extra work, outside in yard for instance, I take another in late afternoon or early evening for pain relief.
