Zoloft has completely changed my life. For the first time I am actually happy and my severe OCD is finally under control! I would recommend it to anyone esp those with OCD. Before taking zoloft, I had such a bad mental clarity, I kept forgetting words, I couldnt concentrate or focus and I felt as though my mind was always foggy. I had a very bad short term memory (which is very unlike me) and I would forget small things, and forget appointments, etc. It got to the point where I couldnt do my work. I would rather take "Claritin D" rather than regular Claritin, but I stay away from decongestants because of a minor heart tachycardia. Taking Claritin regularly keeps the severity of my seasonal allergic reactions to a minimum, but it certainly does not stop all problems. It seems to be particularly ineffective at helping eye and nasal symptoms.

The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up. When family came for vacation, I relaxed on my diet and had wine and dessert, etc. The rashes came back quickly with splitting skin, itching, etc. After the family left, I started the Candex again (although I didn't wait the recommended time between taking the 2 capsules and food.
