I had the same horrible stomach/nervous system experiences with Candex and other enzyme products. I even dumped out most of the capsule to attempt a staggering dosage regimen. I quit for over a year, but because my candida problems continue, even with the candida diet, probiotics, and coconut oil, I am trying it again. But same reaction. I wish naturopaths would look into this problem more.

I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either. Lipitor might be effective at lowering cholesterol but it is not necessary good at reducing risk of getting heart disease. There are actually natural treatment solutions like Transcendental Meditation that have been proven to actually reduce the effects of heart disease without side effects. I just tried it and feel a lot better , I have had terrible sciatic nerve pain in my hip and that goes down the leg for nearly 3 months. Its helped alot with the pain and relaxs the muscle spasms with sciatica pain. Also really seems to have helped with the inflammation which is why I mainly wanted to try it. So I recommend it too for anyone that is going through pain with sciatic pain/ inflammation.

i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.
