After taking Lunesta several days, I noticed slight memory loss- had to be reminded of something I had previously said, could not remember if I had done something or not. I then started breaking the tablets, taking half the dosage to see if there would be a change, but did not continue long enough to notice a difference- somewhat relunctant to continue the medication.

im 50 and been a musician and janitor all life . 2 years ago once in a while right arm problems . the last month very bad, i can not extend arm out over acoustic guitar without extreme pain in arm between shoulder and elbow . reaching behind in car or to get wallet to painfull to use right arm anymore so i use left . vacume left only . try to do most things lefty now . at night tough to sleep through . if flat, weight of arm makes shoulder ache . cant sleep on right side = bad arm . left some... I decided my senior year that after suffering irregular and severly painful and stressful menstral cycles and being in a three year relationship I should start considering birth control. Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I am happy with this regime, but only consider the long term side effects (if any). Can I safely increase the dosage for additional benefits or is there any long term side effect? As for me, I do... Ativan was Rx'd my mother, after awful side effects developed using Seroquel. We used half the max dose rec by her doctor. Mom is 90 and has almost stage 7 Alzheimer's. She was Rx'd Seroquel after being combative in the hospital and having "wanna die" delusions. After the initial calming Zonk of Seroquel, she started to develop severe rigor mortis, choking, facial tics, tongue weirdities. I researched and got her off it quick.
