I just started this med, but my mood and thinking are noticeably improved. I've noticed a tendency to be overconfident (typically quite rare for me) and then regret actions taken. I have no idea what the impact on my weight will be, though I'm concerned as my taste in foods is changing. The shakes are annoying.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I have had to stop all NSAIDS, asperine, and even paracetamol, because they all cause coughing and wheezing. I was so looking forward to a herbal remedy that would not have this nasty side-effect. I really like Cymbalta. I feel like it helps balance me, so that I don't respond based on my emotions I feel at that time, but rather I respond based on careful and clear thoughts. I still feel the emotions, but can control them so that they don't over-rule my rationality.
