Provigil is an effective medicine in fighting the drowsiness associated with narcolopsy. However, it is incredibly expensive. (close to 450$ per month before insurance and still 90$ after insurance every month!)

I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.

I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements.
