Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

Although I had allergic reaction with each infusion, the side effects from the Taxol got better after 7-10 days. I didn't have nausea at all (actually had a very good appetite) except my stomach was queasy for about 7 days after 4th infusion. I had an odd taste in my mouth with excess saliva for a several days after infusions. Very tired but that too improves after 7-10 days. As stated above, it does seem to help with my blood pressure, but I seem to be more irritated than I was before I originally started the medication. It is worth putting up with for the benefit of the medication though.

I've taken a number of anti-depressents and celexa has had the fewest side-effects and works very well. However, lately I have been having trouble with anxiety attacks. They are severe enough to wake me at night and to also keep me home while I am trying to work through them. This is a new experience only in the last year. I will be looking into it.
