Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. It helps some, but not enough to take when there are other drugs to help with allergies. The side effects are irritating and the benefits are not enough to keep take the drug.

When I had really bad ear pain this medication always works for me, I always recommend this. Once I put this medication on my ear it just makes the pain go away real fast and I love it, it usually helps when there is water trapped in the ear it just lets it all out.

I have endometriosis and was prescribed YAZ for my birth control to help my symptoms and clear up my acne. While it worked for the first 8 months or so, all of a sudden my period just wouldn't end. I continued bleeding, all the time non stop no matter what pill in the pack I was on. I went to the doctor and tried taking Naproxen with the YAZ to see if that would help kick start the YAZ back to action, but to no avail. I am switching off of the YAZ in a few days because of this.
