I have stopped and started three times, to be sure it was the Lipofen causing me the problems and got the same results every time. This being a non statin my doctor thought it might work on me because all Crestor and other statin type drugs have made me very ill. Don't know where to go from here; wish I knew why both statins and this make me so sick, and if there is another route to take.

Perhaps it is just an effect of being on birth control in general, but with Junel FE my periods are regular (something they had never been), and my cramping is significantly less severe. I have noticed some hormonal changes (ie mood swings, headaches), but equal to or less than other birth control brands I have been on.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. I have pretty bad anxiety/OCD and Pristiq doesn't really help me with that. Maybe a little, but not much. I don't feel depressed taking it. Noticed my hair is falling out a little faster since I started taking Pristiq, but I'm a guy in his late 20's and it was already an issue, just not to the extent it is now.
