I have been taking this drug for about 3 years and I have had not many severe symptoms or adverse reactions. It has fufilled the prescribed purpose- preventing pregnancy. My only complaint is more bloating than I had prior to birth control and a decreased sex drive (but maybe that's a good feature- as it would help prevent getting pregnant).

I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides... d oly thing i dont like about it is it can drop ur sugar level in ur blood too low and dat can be dangerous but dat in most cases can only happen if u take it without eating

Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness.
