Ive been on Lybrel for around 7 months and its been good. In the beginning I had no spotting but instead i had HUGE mood swings, I would get extremely mad about nothing. After a while the mood swings stopped and a few weeks later I started spotting which didn't stop for about 6-7 weeks. It was extremely light so it didn't really feel like i was spotting. It definitely worsens the rosacea. Certainly, does absolutely zero for outbreaks - except to exacerbate them. I am strongly considering filing a formal complaint about it with the FDA. My face is a mess with red blotches and that piece of garbage medicine does nothing!!
