I have been taking Avonex for about 15 years. I credit Avonex for my ability to keep walking and to continue living a fairly normal life, with a family and a 20-hour job. I think I would be in a wheelchair if I never took Avonex. I loved Seasonique, until the 3rd month came alone... My period is 3 weeks early, I have horrible cramps, bad blood clots and parts of my uterus lining is coming out much more than usual. I used to be on Yasmin and went to Ocella (the generic version of Yasmin) which made me feel ill, which hasn't happened with Seasonique, but I am not sure the cramps are worth it.

I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. I after I eat and my reflux is controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is well controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.
