Overall, my experience with Proventil inhaler has been a positive one. It provides me with rapid relief of my asthma related breathing difficulty. My only complaint is the tendency to feel jittery/restless after using the inhaler. This side effect makes me reluctant to use Proventil at bedtime or near the hour of sleep.

I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. I have taken prozac for nine months. I feel I got worse not better. My feeling I thought got better at first. Then I still had anger I started getting so tired and depressed more. It was horrible and I felt strange. You take a pill once a day then you fell you need a higher dose and it just gets worse with the higher doses. Then I had enough of the feeling ect..
