I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 7 years. For the past two years I noticed a change where I would have break through bleedings a week before my period. I Switched to YAZ and HATED it. So I am back on Orthro because my body is used to it and my only problem is the break through bleeding. I am trying to find a better Birth Control.

I have always had a lot of joint pain and headaches. I take Tylenol to get rid of them. When I was younger, I used to break bones a lot and taking Tylenol helped once they had healed and I just had aches.

Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. Occasionally i feel a tingly feeling on my lip and as soon as i apply aciclovir it removes the fever blister before it becomes large and painful. I was very impressed with the results because before i used to have to wait for a week and a half for it to clear on its own but now i don't even have to wait for it to appear.
